asked the Prime Minister (1) whether he will publish the Report of the Treaty Committee of the Anglo-Soviet Conference which was adopted by the Conference on 15th May?

(2) what is the method of settling claims in respect of imprisonment and personal injury suffered by British subjects in Russia since the revolution which was proposed by the British Delegation at the Anglo-Soviet Conference; whether or how far the British proposals have been accepted by the Russian Delegation; what form of arbitration is proposed in case of failure to reach agreement by direct negotiations; and what will be the constitution of the arbitral tribunal?
