§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Walsh)The answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The purchase price cannot be agreed, and will therefore be referred to arbitration. As regards the last part of the question, the premises are to be acquired for the receipt, storage and issue in peace and war of supplies of food and forage, and of medical and other consumable stores.
