§ Mr. SPEAKERThe new Clause standing first on the Paper in the name of the hon. and gallant Member for Central Hull (Lieut.-Commander Ken-worthy)—
Special constables enrolled under this Act shall not be employed in any trade disputeis not one which I can select in its present form, but the point with which it deals is covered by a later Amendment in the name of the hon. Member for Central Newcastle (Mr. Trevelyan).
§ Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHYI would prefer, myself, the Clause which stands in the name of my hon. Friend the Member for Central Newcastle. It covers the same point.
