Mr. CHAMBERLAINAs regards the first two parts of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to the hon. Member for the Withington Division on the 21st instant, of which I will send him a copy. As regards the last part, I understand that certain negotiations have been taking place between the British Red Cross Society and M. Spahlinger, but, so far as I am aware, no definite arrangements have yet been concluded.
