asked the Minister of Pensions whether payment of allowances to insane ex-service men whose appeals have been disallowed by the tribunal have been stopped; and, if so, whether these men have now become chargeable to the Poor Law?

When an appeal has been heard and disallowed by the tribunal, I have no power to continue payment for the man's maintenance and treatment.
