asked the Prime Minister the date of the Order in Council under which the Irish records, the property of the British nation, were handed over to the Irish Free State, and on what date such Order in Council was laid before both Houses of Parliament?

The Provisional Government (Transfer of Functions) Order, 1922, was made on the 1st April, 1922, and was laid before both Houses of Parliament on the 4th April, 1922.
