HC Deb 23 July 1923 vol 167 c3
2. Mr. SPOOR

asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether, in any of the provincial governments in India, the holding of joint meetings of ministers and the executive has been practised, and whether it is still being practiced; and whether, if so, the method is regarded as satisfactory?

Earl WINTERTON

I understand that such meetings are commonly held, but am not in a position to express any opinion about them.
