HC Deb 05 July 1923 vol 166 cc587-8
4. Mr. SHORT

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he is aware that William Yarrow, driver, No. 77,218, Royal Field Artillery, residing at Church Hill, Wednesbury, is now an inmate of the sanatorium, Prestwood, Stourbridge whether he is in receipt of a pension; and, if not, will he arrange for the case to be investigated, as it is contended that Yarrow's complaint is due to war service?

The MINISTER of PENSIONS (Major Tryon)

This man is not at present in receipt of pension, but if he be suffering from a disability which he considers is related to his war service he should communicate with the local office of the Ministry, which will assist him in making his claim.
