Colonel ALEXANDERasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the very large amount involved and the great number of claims still pending, it has yet been possible to arrange for the appointment of additional divisions of the Anglo-German Mixed Arbitral Tribunal; and, if not, whether he can give any indication as to the date by which effect may be given to the earnest wishes of the British commercial community in the near future?
§ Viscount WOLMERActive steps are now being taken with a view to setting up an additional division of the Anglo-German Mixed Arbitral Tribunal, and I hope that the arrangements will be completed at an early date.
