HC Deb 17 April 1923 vol 162 c1841
34. Major WARING

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether, seeing that the barracks at Dunbar are now empty and in charge of a caretaker, he has decided what use is to be made of the premises?

Lieut.-Colonel GUINNESS

It is not yet clear whether these barracks will or will not be required in future, and in the meantime it would be imprudent to dispose of them.
