§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Herbert Fisher)While I share the hon. Member's admiration for Sir James Barrie's address, I do not think it desirable to establish a precedent for the publication and distribution by the Board of Education of addresses, however admirable, delivered by eminent persons. I am afraid that such a precedent might lead to considerable embarrassment.
