Mr. HARMSWORTHMy latest information is that on 30th June the agreement was still under consideration by the Mexican Government. I have not yet heard of its ratification.

Mr. HARMSWORTHI stated yesterday that we would make inquiries. This is a private Committee and it is not amenable to the jurisdiction of the British Government.
