HORNEThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative 195 The necessary moneys for the purpose were voted by Parliament during the financial year 1920–21 and the purchase was completed in March, 1921. The suggestion contained in the last part of the hon. Member's question is entirely without foundation.
