Mr. WOODA preliminary application has been received in the Colonial Office from Major Tulloch, and a copy of it has been forwarded to Palestine for the observations of the Palestine Government. Major Tulloch has been informed accordingly.
Mr. MALONEIn view of the fact that reports of these applications have been circulated as propaganda against the Rutenberg concession, can we have full particulars with the Debate this afternoon?
