Mr. TREVELYAN THOMSONasked the Minister of Labour whether he has received any Report from the Committee appointed by his predecessor to consider what steps could be taken to remove the disability at present placed upon the innocent victims of an industrial dispute from receiving unemployment benefit when thrown out of work through a dispute to which they are in no way parties?

Mr. THOMSONWill the right hon. Gentleman do his best to expedite a Report in order that this grievance may be dealt with this Session?
§ Sir M. BARLOWThe matter is a difficult, one. It is in the hands of a Committee, and I shall give them every facility in my power. I hope a decision will be arrived at without delay.
