HC Deb 29 March 1920 vol 127 cc856-7
24. Sir CLEMENT KINLOCH-COOKE

asked the Minister of Transport whether any settlement has yet been arrived at with regard to the remuneration of the supervising staff on the railways?

Sir E. GEDDES

The question of the standardisation of the rates of pay and conditions of service of the classes of the railway supervisory staff not yet dealt with is receiving special attention by the General Managers, and the work in connection with the revision of their rates of pay will be completed as soon as possible.
