HC Deb 29 March 1920 vol 127 cc869-70
41. Sir KEITH FRASER

asked the Prime Minister if he will consider the question of the Government of Ireland Bill being submitted to a Joint Committee of both Houses during its Committee stage?

The PRIME MINISTER

We have considered this suggestion, but have come to the conclusion that it is not the best method of dealing with the Bill.

Sir KEITH FRASER

If this Bill is committed to a Committee of the whole House, is there likely to be an Autumn Recess?
