§ Mr. LONGThe matter has been reconsidered, and arrangements will be made to issue a bronze oak-leaf to officer and men of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Naval Reserve mentioned in despatches. The Regulations 392 governing the issue are under consideration, and will be promulgated later.
