asked the Prime Minister what is to be the composition of the International Commission of the League of Nations which is to proceed to Russia, and what is to be the scope of its inquiries?

The PRIME MINISTER

I am not yet in a position to state the composition of the Commission in question. The Commission will have for its object to obtain impartial and reliable information with regard to the conditions now prevailing in Russia.
