§ The PRIME MINISTERThe International Conference in question has not yet been constituted; I cannot, therefore, state when it will hold its first meeting. The Conference will have the task of studying the financial crisis, and of looking for the means of remedying it and of mitigating the dangerous consequences arising from it.
