§ The PRIME MINISTERNo munitions of war have been sold to Spain since the Armistice with the exception of: 5 D.H. 6 aeroplanes (less engines) on 18th December, 1919, and 10 Avro aeoplanes (complete with engines) on 10th November, 1919.
§ Captain BENNDoes that apply to private purchases as well as purchases made by the Spanish Government?
