Mr. ROBERT RICHARDSONasked the Minister of Health whether he has received a deputation from the Erpingham Board of Guardians with regard to the appointment of a clerk un acquainted with the administration of the Poor Law; whether he is aware that the deputy clerk to the board has now returned from war service and that the filling of this position is, therefore, not one of urgency; whether he can state if any decision has been reached in this matter; and, if so, whether the appointment has received his sanction?
