§ 68. Colonel WEDGWOODasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will ask the governors of British West Africa to prepare a statement showing the proceeds to date from the differential duty on palm kernels; and to what purposes, if any, such proceeds have been devoted?
§ Lieut.-Colonel AMERYI will ask for a return of the receipts from this duty which are carried to general revenue, and not devoted to any specific purpose.
