asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether a Report has now been received from the proceedings of the conference with reference to the Ostend and Central Europe railway communication, and, if so, when it is expected that a train service will be run between Ostend and Central Europe?

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. A daily train service between Ostend and Central Europe is being arranged, which it is hoped to begin not later than May 1st next.
