Major BARNESasked the President of the Board of Trade if he will state the cause of the delay in calling together the Committee appointed by the Central Profiteering Committee to inquire into the effect on prices and profits of dye products of the action of the British Dyestuffs Corporation; and if he will say when the Committee will meet?
§ Sir A. GEDDESSome delay has arisen in calling together this Committee owing to the desirability of extending the scope of the terms of reference and the possible appointment of additional members from outside the membership of the Central Committee, but it is hoped that it will meet at an early date.
