§ Mr. FISHERI have been asked to answer this question. The attitude of the Board of Education in this matter is indicated both in the Introduction and in Article 2 (7) of the Code of Regulations for Public Elementary Schools. I have no reason to suppose that such teaching as the hon. and gallant Member has in view is neglected.
