HC Deb 19 February 1920 vol 125 c1041
58. Viscount CURZON

asked the Prime Minister on what day the Minister of Transport will attend the House of Commons to answer questions and on which day questions should be addressed to the Under-Secretary of State to the Air Ministry?

The PRIME MINISTER

The Minister of Transport last Session usually attended on Mondays to answer questions in person, and he proposes to continue to do so. Last Monday he was engaged, at the request of the Cabinet, in a conference in connection with the transport of coal and was, therefore, unable to be in his place in the House. I understand that it has been arranged that questions addressed to the Under-Secretary of State for Air will appear on the Paper on Tuesdays, immediately after those addressed to the Secretary of State for War, which come first.

Viscount CURZON

Will the Questions addressed to the Minister of Transport come before the Prime Minister's Questions on Monday?

The PRIME MINISTER

My Questions begin at 25, therefore, if he has any Questions above 25 they will have to wait until I get through mine.
