Mr. LUNNasked the Minister of Health whether he will issue from time to time in a consolidated form all housing memoranda and Statutory Rules and Orders that are still in force, in order to enable members of local authorities to have some reliable source of information as to their powers and duties in connection with housing, which are explained, amended, or extended almost every week by the Ministry of Health without any appreciable effort being made to bring the explanations and alterations to the notice of those who are administering the Housing Acts?
§ Mr. PARKERCare is taken that new Rules and Orders are circulated to all local authorities, with memoranda fully explaining their effect, but I will consider the suggestion that these should also be issued from time to time in consolidated form.
