Mr. HARMSWORTHWith regard to the first part of the question, His Majesty's Government have no definite information, but it is understood that an Italian Socialist Mission desires shortly to proceed to Moscow. We are making further inquiries. His Majesty's Government have no information regarding the second part of the question.
