Lieut-Commander KENWORTHYasked the Prime Minister whether His Majesty's Government have any knowledge of an attempt by the Polish Government to summon a conference of all the contending factions and nationalities now fighting on territory belonging to the former Russian Empire, to be held at Warsaw, with a view to establishing peace; whether, if such a conference is held, His Majesty's Government will be represented; and whether, in view of the 603 distress in Central and Eastern Europe, every encouragement will be given to the Polish Government in this work of humanity?
