§ 55. Mr. SWANasked the Prime Minister if he will consider amending the Old, Age Pension Act so as to provide that no old age pensioner shall suffer any reduction in pension owing to his or her being in receipt of a pension due to the loss of a son whilst on active service, where the receipt of the pension brings the total income above the conditional scale of old age pension?
