58. Mr. LYNN

asked the Prime Minister whether he is in a position to state when the Government intends to fulfil the pledge given to introduce an Education Bill for Ireland; and whether he is aware that the delay in introducing legislation is inflicting a grave injustice on 20,000 children in Belfast?

63. Sir EDWARD CARSON

64. Mr. DONALD

asked on what date it is proposed to introduce the Irish Education Bill, seeing that on the 26th June last the Right Hon. the Attorney- General for Ireland stated that the preparation of the Bill is being advanced as quickly as possible and it will be introduced shortly?

Mr. MACPHERSON

With regard to the education of the blind I said the other day I hope to deal with that subject in the Bill.
