§ Mr. BONAR LAWIn such a matter the Chancellor of the Exchequer speaks for the Government, and I would refer my hon. Friend to his statements on the subject.
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI do not think that I can deal satisfactorily with that in answer to a question, but I shall be glad to say what my view is when the matter comes up on the Finance Bill.
