Mr. ROBERTSIt was not incumbent upon me to publish a Report, and I do not admit that farmers are penalised.
§ 74. Mr. HURDasked the Food Controller if he is adopting the recommendation of the Travelling Commission and retaining for the administrative expenses of the Ministry the differential twopences collected from milk producers in Somerset, Dorset, Devon, and Cornwall?
Mr. ROBERTSThe answer is in the negative. The whole of the moneys collected under the scheme of differential prices will be applied for the benefit of the public by a reduction in the prices of milk or milk products, or in some similar way.
