Mr. GILBERTasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the overcrowding of tramcars and motor-omnibuses in South London, he will urge the Railway Executive Committee to reopen all stations and work the South Eastern and Chatham Railway Company's Victoria to City line, which has been closed down during the War, so as to relieve the pressure on existing travelling facilities in that district?
