HC Deb 20 May 1919 vol 116 c192
49. Colonel GRETTON

asked the Prime Minister if a White Paper will be laid setting out, for the information of Parliament, the terms of the Conventions and Treaties between His Majesty's Government and the Governments of France, Italy, Japan, and Roumania, by which the British Government is bound in settling the terms of Peace?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

It would not be desirable to lay the Treaties and Conventions at the present time. Nor, indeed, could it be done without obtaining the consent of all the signatory parties.
