§ Mr. BRIDGEMANA circular letter giving the information necessary to enable local authorities to fix retail coal prices was despatched to all urban district councils in Ireland on the 23rd March, 1918. I have caused a copy to be sent to the hon. Member for his information, and a further copy has also been sent to the Donaghadee Urban District Council.
