§ Mr. PRATTMy hon. Friend no doubt refers to the Director-General of Supply and Research. General Ellington is a member of the Air Council of equal status with Generals Trenchard and Sykes. His duties are to control the Departments of Supply, Inspection and Research in the Air Ministry.
