Members of this House and two or three gentlemen outside the House who have a knowledge of commercial organisation, to assist the Air Ministry authorities in finance and business matters generally?
§ Mr. PRATTMy hon. Friend's suggestion is noted and will be borne in mind as the organisation of the Air Ministry develops. The principle underlying it has already been accepted by the approval of a Standing Committee with outside representation to watch the working of the Orders regarding civil aviation shortly to be issued under the Air Navigation Acts.
