Captain ORMSBY-GOREasked the President of the Local Government Board whether, for the convenience of Members interested in the Housing and Town Planning Bill, he will issue a White Paper containing a reprint of the Acts referred to in the Clauses of the Bill, namely, The Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1890, The Housing and Town Planning Act, 1909, and The Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899, together with such Clauses of The Lands Clauses Consolidation Act, 1845, The Public Health Act, 1875, The Public Health (London) Act, 1891, The Local Government Act, 1894, and The Public Works Loans Act, 1875, as are referred to in the Clauses of the new Bill; and a statement of the Government proposals regarding the financial assistance to be given to local authorities and public utility societies under Clauses 6 and 16 of the new Bill?
