§ Dr. MACNAMARAIt is not contemplated to issue any badge or decoration to the men referred to. I would remind my hon. and gallant Friend that a decoration has already been awarded to a number of dockyard men who have rendered service of a special character, and I do not doubt there will be further recommendations of a similar character.
