§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe reference is presumably to Army Form W. 5081, on which the war gratuity for Regular officers is claimed. These forms have already been issued to the Army agents and paymasters concerned. I may remind my hon. and gallant Friend that, except in the case of officers who have died or left the Army, this gratuity to regular officers is not issuable until the termination of the War or the 3rd of August next, whichever occurs first.
