Colonel BURNasked the President of the Local Government Board if he is prepared to favourably consider the introduction of an amendment to Section 2 (1) (b) of the Old Age Pensions Act, 1911, in order to substitute other means for calculating the incomes of those who are in receipt of old age pensions who have obtained temporary employment during the War, but who are being discharged owing to the return of those whose places they filled?
