HC Deb 30 June 1919 vol 117 c605
71. Major PRESCOTT

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions how many national factories have been sold by the Government since the date of the Armistice; whether the purchase prices at which they were sold covers the cost of their erection and equipment by the Government; and if he. is in a position to state the number of persons now employed in the factories transferred to private management as compared with the number employed in the factories when under Government control?

Mr. KELLAWAY

I am not at present in a position to give all the information asked for by my hon. and gallant Friend, but I am having a statement prepared, and will circulate it with the OFFICIAL REPORT when it is complete.
