Indian Armies who retired without pension before the War, but who, owing to their service during the national emergency, would now have been qualified for pension if their service had been continuous instead of being broken?
§ Mr. FORSTERIt is not proposed lo alter the Regulation which gives a gratuity to a retired officer recalled to service, not a pension.
