GREENWOODThe Imports Consultative Council considered all branches of the oil cloth trade very carefully, and recommended that all kinds of oil cloth except table baize, blind cloth and leather cloth should be freely licensed. I am not prepared to revise the decision taken in respect of leather cloth, so long as adequate supplies are procurable from local sources.
