§ Major ASTORMy right hon. Friend is aware of the proposal of the Wandsworth Borough Council to acquire the Furzedown Estate, Wandsworth, for the erection of working-class houses, but understands that the negotiations for the purchase are not yet completed. I am informed that the borough council have under conideration the position of the allotment-holders.
