Lieut.-Colonel MURRAYWill the right hon. Gentleman consider this matter? The Parliamentary Secretary made no reference in his answer to Scotland at all, and if the right hon. Gentleman does not include proposals in the Land Settlement Bill for Scotland, will he introduce a separate Bill for the purpose?
