HC Deb 26 February 1919 vol 112 c1712
49. Mr. HOGGE

asked the Prime Minister what provisions the Government have made for assisting discharged and demobilised officers and men for rehabilitating them in businesses ruined on account of their service; whether applications can now be made; and, if so, to whom and where?

Mr. PRATT

This matter is now under consideration, and my right hon. Friend hopes to be able to issue a statement on these points shortly.

Mr. HOGGE

Again, I ask whether the hon. Gentleman can say when one may put down a question with the idea of getting a definite reply? This question has been asked since the beginning of the Session.

Mr. PRATT

I suggest that the hon. Gentleman should put it down again next week, when I hope that my right hon. Friend will be here.

Mr. HOGGE

I will put it down on Monday.
