Mr. HAYDAYasked the Minister of Labour whether his attention has been drawn to the action of glass-making firms in Sunderland in locking-out their workmen; whether he is aware that his Department upheld the men's claim for an advance as reasonable and just, and that the employers have refused to accept the award; and whether he can take any action in the matter?
